Lay-By Terms and Conditions
- Our lay-by service is only available for Taranaki orders.
- In these terms ‘we’ ‘our’ and ‘us’ means Woodwards and ‘you’ means the customer.
- A minimum of $20 deposit is required to initiate lay-by.
- Lay-by value must be $160 and over and is only for truck loads of firewood.
- The purchase price is to be paid by installments less the deposit, the installments can be fixed or left at the option of the customer but must be paid by the date agreed upon.
- On cancellation of this contract by either party we will contact you to provide a refund which will include any deposit and payments made less a cancellation fee of $20 (being an estimate of our administration time).
- We will deliver the lay-by merchandise to you in accordance with our usual delivery policies once the purchase price is paid in full.
- A request to lay-by is considered an agreement to the terms and conditions above.
